GRIT DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

Updated July 2023

At Grit Capital Corporation (“GRIT”), we value transparency and responsibility when it comes to financial content. That’s why we believe it’s crucial for you to understand our perspectives on stocks and other investment products. To ensure clarity, we provide you with this Disclosure Statement containing information about our business and communications. We encourage you to review it, as it will enhance your experience by providing valuable insights.

Investors learning from Investors

GRIT is a company that represents investors teaching and learning from other investors. GRIT and it’s employees, writers, and content creators write about investing through both free and paid content. Numerous financial publications do not permit their employees, writers, and content creators to own stocks.

However, at GRIT we do permit this. Why?

First, we believe the most effective way to create wealth is through the long-term investing in the stock market. We believe in empowering our employees, writers, and content creators to achieve their financial goals without limitations.

Second, we see our employees, writers, and content creators not as journalists, but as communicators and educators in the field of finance. This perspective greatly influences all the content we create, whether it’s in our newsletters, on our website, or on our social media platforms. As a company, we utilize various channels to educate people from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their age or income level, about money and investing. That’s why we believe it’s important for our employees, writers, and content creators to manage their own finances. It allows them to deepen their understanding of the subject and achieve personal success. After all, who could be better equipped to write about investing than those who have hands-on experience?

GRIT is a publisher of financial information, not an investment advisor (please read our Terms of Use). We do not provide personalized or individualized investment advice or information that is tailored to the needs of any particular recipient.

GRIT and its employees, writers, and content creators hold positions in stocks that they might also write about. In both GRIT’s free and paid content which are opinion pieces, we disclose whether the author and/or GRIT, or any officer, director, or insider of GRIT, has a position in the stocks discussed. For our Daily Grit Newsletter that has news items on dozens of companies per day we have a broad disclosure stating that the author/and or GRIT, or any officer, director or insider may have positions in these stocks.

GRIT has always strived to operate with the highest levels of integrity and transparency. As such, here are the key components of GRIT disclosure policy:
